Hello

As a licensed mental health counselor, I am passionate about helping people navigate through life's challenging seasons, cultivate healthier patterns, and strengthen meaningful relationships.  After completing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at University of South Florida, I moved to beautiful Wilmore, Kentucky for graduate studies.  In addition to holding a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, I am also PREPARE/ENRICH certified and a Level Two certified Gottman Method couples counselor.  I have clinical experience in non-profit, school, and private practice sectors, as well as addiction recovery facilitation at IOP and DNT levels.  

I am presently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Asbury Theological Seminary.  When I'm not studying or in the office, you'll find me reading, cooking, or enjoying a walk with my husband and our two dogs.
